Brief description
This manual contains important information about installation, operation and maintenance. For your safety, please read the entire contents of this manual carefully, and ensure that you fully understand all the contents of this manual before installation, use, and maintenance. If you have any questions, please contact our technical department.
Warning and installation notes
Please use this product only in its original state, and no modification is allowed.
Please use this product only when the technical condition is intact.
Do not use this product beyond the rated pressure.
It is strictly forbidden to use low viscosity and / or corrosive media to drive this actuator.
When the actuator is found to be leaking, no further operation is allowed. It should be isolated and repaired and replaced in time.
Before loading, unloading, disassembling, installing and maintaining, please turn off the hydraulic power source and release the pressure of the actuator. Ensure that the hydraulic power source is not accidentally reconnected.
The working torque of the actuator is not allowed to be higher than the maximum torque listed in ISO 5211, according to the specifications of the mounting flange and coupling.
Open-end wrenches are often used for manual operation, which may affect the service life of the actuator.
Please pay attention to the environmental conditions of the place of use. The corrosive environment will shorten the service life of the product.
Before use, please remove the packing and the sealing of the oil port.
Storage and transportation
Before storing, please check whether there is any damage caused by transportation. Please keep all protective packaging during storage. The hydraulic oil port of the actuator should be blocked to prevent foreign matter from entering the hydraulic cylinder and affecting its service life. Try to use strong outer packaging such as wooden boxes. The fragile joints can be unpacked separately to avoid damage to the connection threads and joints during transportation. The actuator should be stored in a dry and clean place, avoiding close to heat sources or corrosive materials and direct sunlight. The actuator surface is protected by paint to prevent rust. During the storage and transportation, the painted surface must not be damaged.
Risk of crushing! Risk of crushing!
This product is heavy goods. If the product falls, it can crush or crush the limbs or even cause death. It is strictly forbidden to store this product in a high place! It should be ensured that the product is placed stably and does not roll or slip. Appropriate lifting tools should be used when moving, and it is forbidden to use the pressure tube as a load-bearing auxiliary tool.
Working condition of hydraulic actuator
Hydraulic oil: Use non-corrosive anti-wear hydraulic oil with medium kinematic viscosity.
Rated pressure: design pressure 20.0 Mpa; maximum working pressure 16.0 Mpa.
Applicable temperature: -20 ~ + 80 ℃
Vibration resistance: suitable for environments without strong vibration.
Lubrication: using self-lubricating bearings, under normal operating conditions, without adding lubricant.
Installation: suitable for installation inside and outside the cabin.
installation
Note: Only qualified professionals are allowed to install.
4.1: For your safety, in order to avoid unnecessary trouble and unnecessary losses, please be sure to check the following items carefully before installation:
Whether the hydraulic oil pipe interface of an actuator matches the scene.
Whether the end cap bolts on both sides of the actuator are complete and fully tightened.
Please carry out several no-load tests to check whether the actuator is running smoothly and without leakage. During the test, the low-pressure test must be performed before the high-pressure test can be performed.
1. Manually operate the valve to be driven and check whether it can be opened and closed normally without jamming.
4.2: Valve installation:
Double eccentric butterfly valve installation
4.2.1. Please install according to the direction mark in the middle of the valve body, and choose the installation direction correctly. Please install it correctly to avoid damage to the sealing surface of the valve.
4.2.2. Connect pump stations A and B to the "open" and "close" of the drive.
4.2.3. Open the bypass valve of the hydraulic drive and switch the switch handle of the manual drive to the engaged state.
4.2.4. Turn the handwheel counterclockwise to open the valve, turn the handwheel clockwise to close the valve. Confirm that the valve can be opened and closed manually.
4.2.5. Switch the switch handle of the manual drive to the separated state, and close the hydraulically driven bypass valve.
4.2.6. Start the hydraulic pump station, provide a hydraulic source for the hydraulic driver, and switch the hydraulic oil flow of the hydraulic pipeline to the valve.
4.2.7. The installation method of the hydraulic actuator is not limited by the horizontal and vertical directions. It can be installed horizontally and vertically without affecting the use.
4.2.8. Valve hydraulic and pneumatic switching:
4.2.8.1: The handle is in the open position, manual operation, the limit pin is pulled out non-hydraulicly, and the handle is turned clockwise to close, the turbine and the vortex rod are disengaged, and hydraulic movement is achieved.
4.2.8.2: Before the hydraulic operation is realized, the handle needs to be moved into place.
4.2.8.3: Manual and hydraulic cannot be driven at the same time.
4.2.8.4: The handle is in the closed position and operated pneumatically. The limit pin cannot be pulled out manually. Turn the handle counterclockwise. The hydraulic turbine and the valve stem of the hydraulic turbine are disengaged for manual operation.
4.2.8.5: During the pneumatic switching process, when the top tooth phenomenon occurs, the handle should be turned back and forth to ensure the proper combination of turbine and turbine.
V. Commissioning
5.1 Test run
Prerequisites: The actuator has been fully assembled and connected reliably, and all bolts have been fully tightened.
Check operating conditions and limit values.
Turn on the hydraulic power source.
Try to run at a lower pressure first. When using an additional throttle valve, first check whether the function is normal at a lower speed.
5.2 Valve switch position adjustment
The valve closing limit regulator and the valve opening limit regulator are used to adjust the switch position of the valve. When the marine valve and hydraulic actuator are provided by the company, the switch position has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Under normal circumstances, customers do not need to adjust. In case of special circumstances such as maintenance, only purchasing actuators to install and debug by yourself, please adjust according to the following methods:
Valve does not close in place: Loosen and tighten the nut in the valve limit regulator to fully open or partially open the valve, slightly unscrew the adjustment bolt (counter-clockwise rotation of the adjustment bolt), and then close the valve for testing. After the valve can be closed in place, tighten and tighten the nut. Then, open and close the valve a few more times to check whether it has been closed in place.
Over-closing of valve: Loosen and tighten the nut in the valve limit regulator to fully open or partially open the valve, screw in the adjusting bolt slightly (clockwise facing the adjusting bolt), and then close the valve for testing. After the valve can be closed in place, tighten and tighten the nut. Then, open and close the valve a few more times to check whether it has been closed in place.
The valve does not open in place: Loosen the tightening nut in the valve-opening limit adjuster, fully close or partially open the valve, screw in the adjusting bolt slightly (counter-clockwise rotation of the adjusting bolt), and then open the valve for testing. After the valve can be opened in place, tighten and tighten the nut. Then, open and close the valve a few times to check whether it has been opened in place.
Over-opening of the valve: Loosen the tightening nut in the valve-opening limit regulator, fully close or partially open the valve, screw in the adjusting bolt slightly (clockwise facing the adjusting bolt), and then open the valve for testing. After the valve can be opened in place, tighten and tighten the nut. Then, open and close the valve a few times to check whether it has been opened in place.
6. Maintenance and care
Operate according to regulations, this product is maintenance-free.
7. Disassembly of hydraulic actuator:
Note: Only qualified professionals are allowed to disassemble.
Relieve the pressure in the actuator.
Disconnect the hydraulic power source (working medium, power supply)
Remove electrical and hydraulic connections
Remove the fixing bolts of the actuator and remove the actuator from the valve.
8. Disposal:
Comply with local regulations on the disposal of harmless waste.
Dispose of this product harmlessly. Pay attention to the residual media (recover the problematic material if necessary).
